Anita Hudson is a seasoned real estate professional with over 30 years of experience. She has been a licensed Texas real estate agent since 1990 and a licensed broker in the state of Texas since 1995. In 1995, Anita founded Main Street Realty, a successful real estate company in Sonora, Texas. Recently, she expanded her reach by purchasing a United Country Real Estate Franchise in 2024.
Anita's expertise covers a diverse range of properties across West Texas, including rural homes, ranches, recreational properties, and commercial real estate. She has worked extensively in areas such as Sonora, Ozona, Del Rio, Eldorado, Christoval, Fort McKavett, San Angelo, Iraan, Big Lake, and more. Her office is well-versed in listing and selling riverfront properties along prestigious rivers like Devil’s River, Pecos River, San Saba River, North Llano River and Lake Amistad.
Raised in a ranching family and a 5th generation rancher herself, Anita has a deep understanding of rural life. After graduating from Texas A&M University with a degree in Agriculture Economics in 1989, she and her husband Keith Hudson returned to the family ranch in Sutton County. They raised their two sons, John Duke Hudson and Word Balch Hudson, both of whom are now partners in her real estate and ranching businesses.

She enjoys traveling and watching her husband Keith and son Word compete in rodeos and her her oldest son John Duke, being an avid golfer, compete in golf tournaments. Her greatest joy, however, is being a Cita to her four precious grandsons.
